The Holistic Dance Experience

Combines Ballroom techniques (Standard and Latin) with Ballet and Yoga-inspired Stretching, Strengthening and Breathing techniques as well as Sport Scientific fundamentals (including psychological coaching). This is a new practice which we have developed through many years of experience in all the named elements.

Private lessons can be booked by individuals who wish to

1) analyse, correct and improve posture and movement

2) achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and stress relief

3) achieve more of a body & mind balance

4) improve and increase energy levels and general wellbeing
